Ira Honda Saco

The screen started to flicker while the car was still under warranty. They tried unsuccessfully to fix it and concluded that it needed a new one. That was in July 2023. As of this date February 22, 2024 under warranty. They tried unsuccessfully to fix it and concluded that it needed a new one. That was in July 2023. As of this date February 22, 2024 I have not been notified that a new one is available. I bought the car from them and they have serviced it since then. They have made repeated promises that the part is in transit but nothing so far. They have thanked me for my patience, but now I think they will thank me for my stupidity. I would caution anyone from doing business with these people. They are all smiles and good times when they take your money but if something major goes wrong you are on your own. More

My drivers door on my CRV makes a screeching noise when opening door. Clearly an electronic noise. I have a video of the noise. I showed the service adviser but the person that worked on it never bothered opening door. Clearly an electronic noise. I have a video of the noise. It didn’t do it when he worked on it but he would have had a better idea if he saw the video. I am not very pleased. More
