I have owned 3 CRV’s and had them all serviced at Ira Honda in Saco. Until today the service and service reps have been pretty good. Today was a total disappointment. I felt like I was visiting a restaur Honda in Saco. Until today the service and service reps have been pretty good. Today was a total disappointment. I felt like I was visiting a restaurant the day before it was going out of business. I was treated by the service rep as though He was totally bored, wished he were somewhere else and had no time for me. He never acknowledged me and when presenting me with my bill just flipped it onto the cashiers counter and walked off. After waiting at the cashiers counter for 10 minutes I had to flag someone down to pay my bill. When leaving the dealership I found the plastic folder I keep my insurance card and registration thrown on the passenger seat separate from the folder. There were most definitely disgruntled employees servicing my car today. Perhaps they are shutting down soon. More
