We worked past that, and negotiated a deal, with the dealership throwing in a tow hitch. Said it would take 1-2 hours to install. The salesman texted 3-4 hours later and said that would be ready the next day, would I come back for it? No, but you folks can deliver to me 100 miles away and take my trade with you. Two days later, the Odyssey was delivered. All in all, a frustrating experience, but...I would definitely return to buy another vehicle in the future! More
