Each person I met at the dealership was helpful and supportive, from the woman at the first desk inside the door to Mal / Malachi. With me on my two visits was Becky, who walks with difficulty and duri supportive, from the woman at the first desk inside the door to Mal / Malachi. He is friendly and knowledgeable, He made everything so clear and helped us get a terrific car. I am very happy with the car, and I am especially grateful for the way Mal and other members of the team treated us with friendly courtesy. Thank you. More
It was a great dealer before but it is getting more basic dealer. No more cafeteria, price are higher than other places. All employees are friendly and they are doing great job. I dropped off my car before 8am and asked for it to be ready between 2 and 3 pm, which I was told shouldn’t be a problem. I hadn’t heard anything by 2:30 so decided to call. No one answered the service department line (it just rang endlessly) and when I tried to contact my service representative (Christopher) the automated system said he wasn’t in the directory. I texted him but got no response so I called again but asked for the sales department. The person in Sales was very nice and took my name and number which she said she’d walk over to the Service department. She also transferred me to Service but this time I got voice mail for someone who was out of the office. Christopher called me back not too long later and said my car was done. It was now about 3:20 pm. However, he then told me it didn’t pass state inspection and needed a repair that would take an additional 1.5 hours to pass. So it wasn’t actually done! It was finally done a little before 5pm. When I picked it up, Christopher did not go over the work done and the charges with me. He told me he’d send the full report in an email but I have not received that. When I got in my car, I noticed big dirty hand prints on the inside of the driver’s door. When I got home and saw the inside in more light I realized the driver’s seat is also filthy!! This is the second time this has happened when having my vehicle serviced at this dealership. What happened to covering the seat and floor to keep it clean!!?? My husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles at this dealership and had most of our service done there too. But I cannot recommend it anymore. It has gone downhill. Ira would not be proud. More
Christoper C was a fantastic service advisor when I brought my 2025 Honda CRV in for my 3 month service.
