Took over 6 hours to tell me a cable was stenches in the seat and they’d need a few hours to take seat apart. I was in waiting room ALL DAY and no one ever came to tell me. I already knew the cable was stretched - this is something that should’ve taken a half hour to hour at most! Totally jerked around! Dropped car off at 8am, they told me noon. I came back at noon and they were surprised to see me. So I waited until 2:30 and went back to ask for an update and was told, “oh the technician was flipping back and forth between two cars and now I’ve told him to focus on yours.” Then told 45 mins later-oh he has to take seat apart so you might want to reschedule! More
