I enjoyed my experience with Prime Honda. David T was wonderful to work with. I wasn't really sure what I wanted for my next vehicle but I did know what I "needed". Being 5'11" and caring for my elderly parents who are also tall, I needed a vehicle that had plenty of leg-room. David matched me up with just the right car. Since driving my "new leased Honda CRV" off the lot I have heard from he 3 times. He's calling to see if there is any question or problems with the vehicle that he could help with. My father, my dog and I simply intended to sit in a Honda Fit to see if it was a car I was interested in. I never thought about a used car however Michael was standing next to a used Honda Fit and was great Fit to see if it was a car I was interested in. I never thought about a used car however Michael was standing next to a used Honda Fit and was great about showing it to me a letting me test drive it. It was warm day, my dog was invited into the dealership for some water....and I bought the car! There was no pressure involved. It was a relaxed atmosphere and Michael worked very well with me while I tried to figure everything out. I was also an out of state buyer and they were great about what that entails. I asked for 3 or 4 differant options at differant times and each time she got back to me with the answers in a matter of minutes. Believe me I have be serviced on the phone like this for a very long time. All of you need to know I know what phone service should be because I own a call center business and have been in sales for 30 years. I went in with a clear idea of what I wanted, and Joe was able to immediately show me the vehicles within that criteria, and never once t fantastic. We ended up shopping the CR-V's online Prime came in with the best pricing and availability of the model/color we wanted. When we got to the dealership there were no surprises. The car they had quoted was in-stock, it was exactly what we wanted, and the price was the same as quoted. I think we were in and out in about 90 minutes flat. The car was detailed to perfection and Michael made the process seamless and low-stress. My car was 14 years old and wouldn't pass inspection; at the same time, I didn't have much money to spend on a newer car, but had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted. I also checked into many newspaper ads, Craig's list and Uncle Henry's Magazine, but realized as an older woman buying a used car on my own I could be easily fooled. John listened sympathetically to my story, and discussed my options with me without pressuring me into a decision in any way. He spent all kinds of time with me that first day, and then met with me several more times as I worked my way through this all-important car decision.
