On the plus side, I was pleased to have appointment available so soon after I contacted the dealership. The work was completed within the timeframe promised. That's the good news. On the other hand, I noticed after I left the dealer that there is a cut on the leather cover of the steering wheel which was not there when I dropped the vehicle off. Clearly, a sharp tool or something came into contact while the car was being serviced, but no mention made when I picked the car up. That's disappointing. Also, the dealership had plenty of workspace for customers, but I was told that I wouldn't be able to wait for the car at the dealer. Since my home is 50+ miles away, I had to have my wife drive there separately to pick me up. In total, that's why my rating isn't higher. My answer to the question about recommending the dealer really is, "maybe", but the survey would only accept yes or no. More
