My wife and I recently purchased a used car here. We had talked about several different vehicles, but were not sure which one would work best for us. Maria was wonderful. I was in for my oil change on Wed the 21st.I dropped my car off in the am and picked it up at 3pm. I was advised to get my tires rotated. I wanted my tire pressure checked too and they found a nail. My wife and I brought our 3 kids with us to look at a 2011 Honda Pilot at Prime Honda in Saco. Every aspect of our experience was fantastic and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. Even though they closed at 6:00 on Saturday they stayed until 8:00 to get our deal done and let us drive home in our new car. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable about every facet of the Pilot and took me through the inspection documents quickly and clearly. He was great to work with! The kids were able to play and color in the entertainment room while my wife and I worked out a great deal with Nick. When it was time for the paperwork in finance Nick kept our kids busy with paper airplane contests and a dance party. We hardly knew our kids were there, which with 3 kids, is saying something amazing. If you are in the market for a new or used car, do yourself a favor and go see Nick Guay at Prime.
