We were able to narrow the inventory search down to a couple of cars and went on a test drive in each. Dio did an excellent job in educating me about the features of the car and making me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Furthermore, Prime Honda checks in with me every year and their service department is top notch. More

Last summer I met Joe when trying to find something that I would love to replace my 2002 Honda CRV. He was very patient with me as I realized that the only thing I wanted was a new CRV and would wait until I would love to replace my 2002 Honda CRV. He was very patient with me as I realized that the only thing I wanted was a new CRV and would wait until I saw the 2012. After driving the new CRV in December I knew it was what I wanted but needed a white one. Prime got it for me. This is my 6th Honda and I love it! Everyone I met during the process was friendly and respectful of my time. I also want to throw in a big kudos for their service department as they helped me out with my old 2002 CRV last fall. I recently retired my beloved 1992 Honda Accord EX after 20 years of faithful performance. Liz is the reason I bought my new 2012 Honda Civic EX now instead of waiting for my old car to die. Having had a detestible experience buying a new car 20 years ago, feeling as if I was the victim in a cruel game, I was NOT looking forward to dealing with car sales-people again. Fortunately for me, my old Accord is still running great, so I was under no pressure to buy. I was shopping around simply to be prepared should I suddenly need another vehicle.(Well OK, my teens were pushing me a little so THEY would have a car to use!) When I met Liz, she was like a ray of sunshine...I felt like I was meeting with a friend! We chatted about life, kids, etc...our common bond as single mothers made me feel as if I could trust her. She was knowledgable, sympathetic, accomodating to all of my needs, yet focused and determined to make the sale! When a minor problem forced me to enter my new car thru the trunk on day #1, Liz handled the event seamlessly, painlessly and immediately. My one suggestion....to Dennis Steeves...meet and interact with the client. I thought it was very rude of you to sit in your office, forcing Liz to run back & forth to chat with you and crunch numbers. It was time consuming and very annoying; my visit could have been shorter by over an hour if you had been in the same room. I was not even introduced to "the man behind the curtain." NOT GOOD. Overall: excellent experience, and I LOVE my new car! THANK YOU LIZ More

My wife and I recently purchased a used car here. We had talked about several different vehicles, but were not sure which one would work best for us. Maria was wonderful. She took the time to listen and worked with us to actually test drive as many of the different cars as possible. She did not try to influence or persuade us, or to push a sale. She actually made this an enjoyable experience. The service department has been good also. We had a couple of small items that needed attention. I was in for my oil change on Wed the 21st.I dropped my car off in the am and picked it up at 3pm. I was advised to get my tires rotated. I wanted my tire pressure checked too and they found a nail.
