Brought my trusty 200,000 mile Accord that had never missed a service or had a problem to them for preventative maintenance, timing belt and water pump (neither had failed just time to do it). The car died the next day, not their fault of course another $200 on top of the $1000 please. Then a week later it over heated and ruined the motor. They won't look at it unless I pay to tow it there then they want me to pay them to diagnose it. Filed a better business complaint with no response going on 30 days. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!!! More

The prior night before I had gone to another dealership and had a terrible experience, one where the manager was on his cell phone while taking my information and then humiliating me to the fullest to the other customers in the lobby. I called Prime to see what advice I could get about reporting the other company or if it was a legal matter. Traciann calmed my frustrations by telling me it was going to be okay and a car buying experience shouldn't have played out they way it had with the other dealership, and that was enough to ease the horrifying experience the night before. Thank you, thank you, thank you x infinity!! More
We are still searching for a car to buy through the CARS program. I had called Prime Honda after 6:00 (when they had closed) and ended up leaving a message on Norm's voicemail. I appreciate the extra effort he made to call me after hours to make sure that I had the information I needed to meet the noon deadline the next day. More

He listened to what I wanted and what I expected in the Honda, as this would be my second purchase of a new Honda Accord but my first purchase with Prime Honda. He was very knowledgable about the Honda Accord and most willing to help in anyway to help make this process as comfotable and convenient as possible. Zac came in for the cost negotiations and we were able to come to a satisfactory price for the car. Both Brian and Zac were very professional yet very easy to communicate with and made us feel very confident in our purchase with Prime Honda. We also spoke with Mike, the warrantee advisor and we found him to be most pleasant and informative. All 3 gentlemen did not make us feel pressured but relaxed and were very informative and helpful. I would definitely and have already recommended Prime Honda to co-workers and friends. More
I had found a previously owned 2006 Honda Accord on Prime's website and liked the look of the vehicle immediately. The mileage was quite low and the vehicle had been traded by it's original lessor and Prime's website and liked the look of the vehicle immediately. Although I had been dealing with one individual over the interent and through email, when I arrived for my appointment, Brian Tremblay stepped up to handle the meeting. I should note that he stepped in, even though he had already worked a full day and was due to leave moments after my arrival. Brian was wonderful to work with; he was knowledgable, warm, friendly and very focused on our conversation. In my experience, salespeople tend to become distracted by other customers around them, other employees as they wander by, etc. There was none of that with Brian; his customer service commitment was impeccable. I actually felt a little guilty after about fifteen minutes. I have purchased three vehicles over the years - none at Prime, unfortunately - and handled the transactions myself. The experiences I had were with salesmen who typified the "car salesman" stereotype. Because of this, I had a less than trusting attitude when I walked into Prime Honda! After fifteen minutes with Brian, I realized that this was definitely not going to be another one of "those" experiences! After negotiating the price and closing the deal, I felt very positive about the transaction. Several days later, I returned to pay for and pick up the car, but Brian was with another customer and was unable to finish the transaction. Brian called later in the day and sent a card a few days later; actions both more in keeping with a new car purchase than a used. I have recommended Prime Honda - and specifically Brian Tremblay - to several colleagues, family and friends. I intend to bring the car to them for service and have no doubt that my satisfaction with the Prime franchise will continue. More
My wife and I are repeat coustumers at Prime and for a very good reason. This was the second time we leased a Honda from Prime. Do to the fact that I am in the Merchant Marine my wife has to deal with all maintenance and any problems that may occur. The first lease was a CR-V and it was flawless, Prime employees were very respectful and helpful to her. This carries alot of weight for me in when and where I will do my business. This time we leased a beautiful Accord sedan. Our sales contact was Mr. David Torstensen. When I went to Prime as to look into another lease Mr. Torstensen was very knowledgeable and understanding of our wants and needs. He understood the my wife would make the final decision. She was looking at another CRV which she loved but also liked the Accord. We leased an Accord prior to the CRV and was fimilar with the car. Mr. Torstensen sent a fair amount of time explaning both cars and test driving with her. This also included a tour of the Service Department and meeting the people. Overall the purchase of the Accord was excellent and my wife loves the car. When the wife is happy life is good! Excellent job done by all the staff at Prime Honda Saco and thank you Mr. Torstensen. They are very easy to deal with, and not the typical pushy, high pressure sales atmosphere. They didn't have the car on the lot that I wanted, but were able to get it for me in short order. The price for the new vehicle, and the amount for my trade in were fair, and better than I was offered at Berlin City. I have yet to use the servcice department, but if the sales staff is any indication of their quality, it will go smoothly. More

I worked with Brian Tremblay, who helped me find the right car at the right price. I had looked at several other dealerships in the area and Prime had the best deal period. Brian provided the absolute best, most amazing customer service and was incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions over the course of several visits and test drives. He was very professional and I never felt pressured to purchase. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Brian and Prime. It truly is a pleasure doing business with them. More

Brian Tremblay handled the sale of a used Honda Pilot. I trusted Brian right from the start, but he went the extra 5 miles to earn our respect. Brian was responsive and helpful. He made us fee at ease with the purchase. I really appreciated the way he handled the sale and follow up. I gave a 4 rating to the overall experience as there was some pressure to by extended coverage which I was not interested in. However, sales is what the market is about, so this is to be expected and it was not at all "high pressure". The price I negotiated was a good price. I found several vehicles selling for less in out of state markets, but I decided it was worth it to me to by from Prime and pay a little more because I liked their service and approach and I was comfortable that they would provide me with good service of the vehicle in the future.
