My overall experience with Prime Honda was great. After looking online, I found a used 2008 Honda Civic that looked like a good vehicle for me. I called the dealership and was immediately impressed with t looking online, I found a used 2008 Honda Civic that looked like a good vehicle for me. I called the dealership and was immediately impressed with the level of friendliness, professionalism and prompt transfer of my call. I was quickly put in touch with a sales representive (Mike) who answered all the questions I had about my current vehicle that I wanted to trade, as well as the Civic I was interested in. I immediatly traveled to the dealership to meet with Mike. Once I arrived, the same professional, prompt and curteous behavior I expierenced on the telephone was evident in the way all employees handled themselves at the dealership. I was quickly greeted by Norm, and he advised me that Mike was with another customer. The level of professional cooperation and teamwork was a pleasant suprise. Mike gave Norm all the information that I relayed to him, and Norm took over. After answering some questions, Norm brought me outside for a test drive. Norm showed me a couple of other vehicles and we returned to the dealership. Norm didn't try to sell me on vehicles I wasn't interested in, or push me to purchase items I didn't want. It was a very relaxed, low key sale - and I liked that. After I was presented with trade-in and payment options, Norm and the rest of the finance staff went above and beyond to find a price and a deal that worked for me. Employees stayed late to ensure that I had all of the necessary paperwork, waited while my car was gassed up and cleaned, and made sure that everything was done right the first time. The next day I noticed that one of my reverse lights were out. Norm called me on a follow up, and I advised him of this issue. He urged me to return to the dealership and stated that the issue would be corrected. I returned after work and was again greeted on a first name basis by Mike. He brought me back and introduced me to the service department. My car was immediately taken in and repaired in a quick manner. While my car was being fixed, Norm made sue to check in with me and make sure I was still satisfied with everything. Once my car was fixed, an employee from the service department explained what the problem was, told me what was done to fix it, and provided me with a printout of the service rendered. I was also impressed with the sense of humor and level of fun employees seemed to have at this dealership. Everybody was smiling and appeared to be enjoying what they were doing. It was refreshing to see a dealership that balances a level of fun while maintaining an incredible level of professionalism. More
I gave ratings of 5 across the board because I feel strongly about the service that I received from Norm and Prime Honda. My wife and I were always treated in a respectful and courteous manner.
