TraciAnn was available to answer questions and went out of her way to help with the financing. As a matter of fact we were treated so well, we left that day with a new 2008 Honda Civic for our daughter and I left with a new 2008 Honda Accord. We would certainly recommend Prime Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. We will certainly return to Prime for any future car needs. More

My car hunting experince with Michael Brown was very pleasant, only after several email changes we made a deal. I purchased a new 1999 Toyota Camry from Prime Toyota, Saco, ME, and had a wonderful experience during the entire process, and have since had excellent service to date. I fully intended to buy a second new Toyota this year. However, my brother-in-law bought a new 2008 Honda Accord EX from Rudy a few months ago, and he and his wife couldn't be happier. I was especially impresse with the vehicle itself. My wife and I decided to look at the Hondas, and was referred to Rudy by my brother-in-law (who will receive a finders fee of $100.00). We introduced ourselves to Rudy, and he couldn't have been more professional, and showed great caring and understanding of our wishes. Rudy showed us many Hondas to choose from, and after considering our options, we bought a 2009 Honda Accord LX-P. The paperwork was a bit confusing at first, but after a thorough explanation by Michael (last name not recalled), we were satisfied with the purchase. The entire process was made seamless by everyone, and we would certainly buy another vehicle at Prime Honda. We look forward to continued service and maintenance at Prime. More

I have worked with Norm since October as I was trying to decide what vehicle to buy. I finally came down to three different vehicles with the Honda Element as my final choice. Norm was most patient wi decide what vehicle to buy. I finally came down to three different vehicles with the Honda Element as my final choice. Norm was most patient with me. He never pushed me into making a decision, would send periodic e-mails letting me know of specials offered by Prime Honda, when new vehicles came in, etc. The day before I made my decision, I had Norm provide me the "best and final" offer on a new Element. It was not quite at the "numbers" I was hoping for, and decided to wait a bit longer, and re-evaluate my second option (non-Honda). The next morning, Norm called and let me know that there was a new 2008 vehicle available and those numbers were very close to what I was willing to spend. The only issue was I did not like the color (silver). Shortly thereafter, I was called by Berlin City Honda who told me that they were willing to "beat" Prime's offer. I went down, tried their vehicle and initially, they told me that they would beat the price by $400. Unfortunately, the vehicle was also "silver." They told me that they were willing to bring me a different colored Honda from their NH lot, if I was willing to commit. I told them, Yes, I would. The sales person went and talked to someone, came back - and said "here is your final offer." - It was not the $400 off that he promised, and the price was higher than Prime Honda. At that time, I told the sales person to call me if things changed. His response was, no - you call me. I left Berlin furious and immediately called Norm at Prime Honda and told him I would only deal with them. Norm and the team at Prime Honda had both the 2008 and 2009 Element's ready for my inspection, had the price broken down for me, and I elected to go with the 2009. Norm was most professional and without a doubt one of the best car salesman that I have dealt with. This is the second Honda I have bought from this dealership and in the future, if I buy another Honda - it will be from them. More
Prime Honda had advertised a 2008 Honda Element LX for $17,495. I inquired about this vehicle and decided that I preferred the EX model. The LX was advertised at $4,355 below MSRP. Mike said that there $17,495. I inquired about this vehicle and decided that I preferred the EX model. The LX was advertised at $4,355 below MSRP. Mike said that there was similar savings on the EX model, yet then told me they would sell the EX at $19,995 (not similar savings, no matter how you look at it - $ off, % off, difference in MSRP between the LX/EX, etc.). Zack called me and told me that they were going to be having a big sale and that the Elements would be over $4,000 off & suggested I bring in my Element to get a trade-in value. I met with Maria to do this and was told that the price was full MSRP at $23,860, and that they'd give me a $8,000 credit for my Element (book trade-in was $11,600!). Having already been told that the vehicle would be $19,995, then jumping it back up to $23,860 and offering me $8,000 for my vehicle, means that they were really only giving me about $4,000 for my vehicle! I was so insulted that I walked out of the dealership. The following day Zack called to apologize and said my car was misquoted as a 2003 model, not a 2004, and that it should have been $10,000, not $8,000. BUT, now he said the price would be $21,995. I told him you just increased the price of the vehicle by $2,000 (from the $19,995 I was originally quoted by Mike) and then increased the trade-in by $2,000. There's no correction here! Zack then wanted to know who told me that the Elements would be over $4,000 off. I told him, he did, 2 days ago! They are just shifting numbers around, not changing the bottom line price at all! This dealership is very dishonest and will jerk you around. If you decide to work with this dealership, be VERY careful and review all numbers carefully! We ended up buying a Toyota from a different dealership (not Prime). More
I came on 11/28/08 for the "Black Friday" Honda Crv special and was very happy to be the first person there, so I ended up buying it. I found Rudy to be very helpful and knowledgeable and he has even special and was very happy to be the first person there, so I ended up buying it. I found Rudy to be very helpful and knowledgeable and he has even called me to check and make sure everything is ok with my car. I had a 2001 Crv that I traded and had serviced there all the time I had it and I found them all to be very helpful. Promp scheduling and service. I would definitely recomend this dealership & Rudy to my friends and family. More
