We purchased our 2007 Pilot from Rudy, and he was very courteous and respectful in dealing with our family's needs that day. He allowed us to check things out and when we decided to make an offer on a vehicle he and Mike got the paperwork together instantly and had the car fully detailed for us to bring home that night. When we got ready to drive it home, my husband noticed a fairly large crack on the inside of the passenger side door that we didn't see when we test drove it. Rudy and Mike told us to contact them on Monday and they would arrange to have the door repaired. They did just that, and gave me a loaner to use so I didn't have to wait around for it to be fixed. The door looked great! My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received before, during and after the sale. Prime is very accommodating and truly puts the customer first.
