My driver's side window broke, I brought it to Prime Honda because I bought the car from Prime and I thought I would get good service. After a few weeks the window failed and fell into the door, (nothing holding it in). I brought it backand had to leave the car there another day, after sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours. They did pay for a rental car. Due to this problem they had to replace the window which I had to pay $130 for after I paid them $500 to fix the window!!!!!! More

Service is great. Everybody is so friendly and you don't feel uncomfortable. It happen that I was there on Saturday and they have a little cookout and provided you lunch. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years and I can HONESTLY say this was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. When I went there to look at an advertised vehicle it was being viewed by another customer. I did wait an exceptionally long time there to find out that it was purchased by another customer. Unfortunately that vehicle was purchased by another but before I left the building they had located me, at one of the other stores a vehicle which I own now and like more than the one I originally went there to look at. Maria has helped me with any little thing I have had concern with and even gets me a cup of coffee when I come in for service..
