Joe was so helpful when I needed to find a used car after mine had been involved in an auto accident. He found just what we wanted in the price range we were looking for. We purchased our 2007 Pilot from Rudy, and he was very courteous and respectful in dealing with our family's needs that day. We had driven down from Oakland to just "look" at the vehicle, as we did not i courteous and respectful in dealing with our family's needs that day. He allowed us to check things out and when we decided to make an offer on a vehicle he and Mike got the paperwork together instantly and had the car fully detailed for us to bring home that night. When we got ready to drive it home, my husband noticed a fairly large crack on the inside of the passenger side door that we didn't see when we test drove it. Rudy and Mike told us to contact them on Monday and they would arrange to have the door repaired. They did just that, and gave me a loaner to use so I didn't have to wait around for it to be fixed. The door looked great! My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received before, during and after the sale. Prime is very accommodating and truly puts the customer first. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More

We were owners of a 2006 Honda Ridgeline which we truly enjoyed but when we noticed the new Accord Crosstour decided to trade the Ridgeline for it. Dan Roy went above and beyond. We were looking for a Dan Roy went above and beyond. Dan did not pressure us and he understood that I was particular about the service I recieve since I have been in the customer service field for many years. Dan also has checked in with me from time to time to make sure things are still going well. Service has been great, we had a leak in the trunk. Everytime it rained the trunk was flooded with water. the techs found the leak and repaired it, And I was giving a free rental while the work was being done. The service dept understands that when I bring the car in for service that I will be waiting for the car and they get the work done in a timely manner. all in all I am very happy with the dealership and i am hard to please. More
