Fred spent a VERY long afternoon with us, coordinating with the team at Prime in Saco a complicated two trade-in, two new-purchase sales. From the intial test drive ( and we do "test drive" ) to the final signature on the paperwork, which is an undertaking for all, we felt taken care of in the best way. We had our young daughter with us, and the smiles and checkins from the entire staff made her feel special - from serving her fresh hot buttered popcorn to cleaning up after it spilled all over Fred's floor. Fred made sure we had just what we needed throughout the sales process, and the finance team took care to see that we got a great deal - better than the other 12 dealerships we visited during the previous weeks. All our questions were patiently answered, and if one person wasn't sure, there was someone available who did have the answer. We highly recommend visiting Prime Honda in Saco, and my guess is, especially based on the other reviews, that you too will be completely satisfied with the care and service you receive. Best service around - no one compares! My husband bought his 2005 Honda Accord from a different dealership in Maine but was not happy with their service department. He has been having his Accord serviced at Prime Honda in Saco for a number of y dealership in Maine but was not happy with their service department. He has been having his Accord serviced at Prime Honda in Saco for a number of years now. When it was time for me to look for a new car, Prime Honda was the first place we looked and boy were we pleased by their service. While I was waiting one day to have the Accord serviced, Joe McCullum gave me a Honda CRV to test drive. I fell in love with it immediately. When my husband and I went back to look into buying one, Joe recognized me from my last visit and stepped up to help us get a chance to test drive another CRV. We were not planning on purchasing the car on the spot, but Joe made it so easy we went ahead a purchased it that day! We worked with Zac Casey, the sales manager to finalize the deal and then worked with Mike Gibel, the Finance guy to complete the paperwork, they both were very helpful. Now when I bring either car in for service, I see Joe and he is so friendly and helpful, I would go to him again if we needed to purchase another car. I would highly recommend Joe and Prime Honda Saco to friends. By the way Adam Milligan is the person who usually helps me in the service department and he has also been very helpful and friendly.
