I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle this past Saturday; my intent was to research and test drive SUVs that I would consider buying in a month or so. After a laugh-filled day, I left with a lease Saturday; my intent was to research and test drive SUVs that I would consider buying in a month or so. Because the experience was so low stress and my multiple questions were answered happily and completely, I negotiated a price that works for me and I drove away in a new car. Jared was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to review multiple options before I made a decision. He showed me used and new CR-V's and Pilots and then reviewed leasing and purchasing options. I lost my beloved 10 year old Honda Accord due to someone rear ending me hard enough to bend the frame. So I was a sad, reluctant buyer. I wanted to check out Prime as they offered so many cars on Kelly Blue Book, and was fortunate enough to meet Jared McReavy who was paitient, understanding, knowledgeable and fun to work with. He showed us several cars while zeroing in on the one that was right for me. He didn't rush us, worked with us through several pricing negotiations- (sorry for what we put you through Jared!)- and we left having bought the car. I told Jared it would be a little bit before I truly appreciated the new car as I loved my old one so much. It's been a week and I love this one already. Go to Prime, talk to Jared.
