Dave was the easiest salesman to get along with out of the many that I've dealt with. He does not push you into anything that you aren't interested in and will help find you what you are looking forward n the many that I've dealt with. My experience at Prime Honda was, overall, a good one. I went there after shopping online, and finding the car I wanted at the best price. My Honda Fit is awesome! My salesperson Dan was great. Got me right in and showed me only the car I asked for, and worked with me through the whole deal. My reason for a lower than five overall rating is the finance department. It seems that the finance person who was there when I first went in would not let me use my own financing. He put up every road block possible to me walking in with a check for the purchase price and handing it to him. He even tried to get me to give him my information so he could try to run a credit offer for me without authorization. All my credit union needed was an offer sheet from the dealership, and he flat-out said, "we don't do that." Honestly, if I hadn't already done all the research, I would have walked away. He even told the loan officer from my CU that he couldn't fax the offer sheet because it was company policy not to! When I returned that evening, check in hand, there was a different finance manager there (thank God!). She had already been briefed by Dan on the whole situation. She was extremely apologetic, and had me in the office, and driving away in my new Fit Sport in less than 20 minutes. More
