The staff greeted us when we entered the showroom. • Courteous – The entire sales staff was courteous and friendly. • Knowledgeable – Our sales consultant, Maria Suprenant, was knowledgeable about the all the vehicles and their features. • Patient— Maria took the time to find out what we were looking for in a vehicle. She went on three test-drives with us as we compared the different models. • Competitive – The sales manager, Zac Casey, quoted a price for the vehicle that was fair & competitive. While car buying is usually a daunting and unpleasant experience, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Prime Honda!!! I worked with Brandon and have to say I put him through the ringe experience, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Prime Honda!!! I worked with Brandon and have to say I put him through the ringer ..... I didnt know what I wanted, and didnt even know if I wanted new or used. He showed me lots of vehicles, and even brought me around to other Prime lots to test drive vehicles. I went to other dealerships to check out prices and have to say I quickly came back to work with Brandon and Zac at Prime Honda. The customer service was fantastic - they listened, I didnt feel pressured and at the end I feel I walked out with a fantastic lease on a new CRV. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was helpful and accommodating. One of the the servicemen stayed late to install a roof rack on the vehicle we purchased and the service manager even took the time to personally hunt for the missing keys to a car we wanted to test drive. I spoke with Norm Tantingco prior to visiting Prime Honda in Saco and he was nothing but helpful. Norm and I discussed, on numerous occasions, vehicle pricing options and he knew where I stood as far as a price point. Both Norm and later Joe did the best they could to reach that price. Having done my research, I found Prime to be the best priced Honda dealership in the state. When I arrived at Prime, it was a Saturday morning and extremely busy. Despite the congestion, it wasn't long before Joe Mccullum was able to meet with me. In my opinion, Joe was not your stereotypical salesman. He was looking out for my welfare and not just trying to make a sale. He did everything in his power to get me the price I wanted, on the vehicle I wanted. My husband and I leased a Honda Accord yesterday. I usually dread care shopping but I was plesantly surprised by our experience. Our sale rep, Fred Orne was very informative and friendly. While we completed some paperwork, a new salesman had just sold his first car and they all celebrated. What fun and on a Monday morning at that.
