I had a great experience at Honda, and always do. This will be the third car that I have purchased from prime Honda Saco. My husband and I stopped at prime just to check out the inventory. I always hesitate going to dealers due to the fact most of them pressure you, in this case I felt in no way pressured or hurried to buy t inventory. I was given the chance to shop around with my husband. I then met Bobby Woods, a sales rep. He was professional, kind, courteous and didn't pressure us in anyway. I was able to discuss options, prices and trade in values with all my questions answered quickly with no ulterior motives. I was able to discuss the amount I was willing to pay and what I could get in my price range. Bobby listened to my concerns and was able to meet all my expectations with nothing but professionalism. I then found my new vehicle and once again all my questions were answered and I drove away with nothing but confidence in the vehicle I purchased and the sales rep Bobby Woods that helped me the entire way. Our sales rep, Nick, was fairly new, however he was quite knowledgeable and was able to give us a thorough introduction to the vehicle. The people working at the Saco dealership were all very pleasant and seemed to enjoy working there. The facility was clean, well-lighted and had many pleasantries in the waiting areas. He was very professional and pleasant, and he answered all my questions about the cars. He then stayed with me much of the time while the paperwork was being done. He even went to the bank with me, because the directions to the bank were very confusing. Dave also kept close touch with me while we waited for an inventory paperwork issue to be resolved before he could begin the paperwork with me. Dave was very pleasant and carefully explained each document I was signing. I came away with a very nice 2008 Honda CR-V feeling that I was very well treated and got an excellent car for a very reasonable price. The negotiations were easy and the entire experience was the best car purchasing experience I've had. More

I have to say that this was the best car purchasing experience that we have had to date. My Husband went in to check on pricing and trade in allowance on his Saab 95. He met our sales person, Brandon Bolduc, who was very new to this business but still made him feel like he was getting the best service possible. They made him such a great deal on his new Honda Accord EX that he called me at work to have me come down and sign paper work for the New 2011 Honda Accord EX. The Finance department work very hard to get us the best rate possible and we were very pleased with the outcome. So Pleased, that the next day my husband got on the phone with Brandon again and talked to him about what kind of deal we could come up with on another car for me. Again, my husband call me to come down to the dealership but this time he was calling for me to come pick out the Honda Accord EXL that I wanted. Brandon took me around the lot and we looked at 5 different cars and I test drove one. I have to say after driving a Lexus for about 5 years that I LOVE MY NEW 2011 HONDA ACCORD EXL. My Honda is as good of a car as the Lexus without the HUGE PRICE TAG. I will never stray again. During our purchasing experience we had our 4 1/2 year old son with us and they catered to him hand and foot. He asked for a balloon not only did they give him a balloon they gave him the color he wanted and blew it up as big as they could. And when he popped it, and just about scared everyone in the building to death, they got him a new one. When it was time to sign all the paperwork Brandon watched him in the waiting room so we could get everything finalized. I will certainly recommend Brandon and Prime HONDA Saco to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Thanks for all your help. More
