The salesman (Brandon Bolduc) was very helpful in answering questions and arranging for a test drive over a snowy parking lot and rougher roads so I could check out the ride. I did my homework, and the dealership respected that and gave us a great price. I suspect that our price would have been good, even had we not done our homework. Our trade-in was a clean, very low-mileage vehicle, a 2005 Subaru Outback turbo with a manual transmission, and Prime took that into consideration in our trade-in negotiations. More

We traveled from MA to test-drive an extremely well-priced 2005 Subaru that they had on the lot. By the end of the day we were driving our Subaru home. They were very patient with us and our complicated needs - an upside-down trade-in, an uncooperative insurance company, a maxed-out budget, and our crying newborn - and worked hard to resolve all of the issues then and there to help us avoid a second or third trip to Maine. They've also been great with follow-up, helping resolve some minor paperwork issues since the sale. Nice people who helped us out a lot. Who knows... if we need a Honda some day we might just make the trip back. I would recommend them 100%. More
