Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was helpful and accommodating. One of the the servicemen stayed late to install a roof rack on the vehicle we purchased and the service manager even took the time to personally hunt for the missing keys to a car we wanted to test drive. Norm and I discussed, on numerous occasions, vehicle pricing options and he knew where I stood as far as a price point. Both Norm and later Joe did the best they could to reach that price. Having done my research, I found Prime to be the best priced Honda dealership in the state. When I arrived at Prime, it was a Saturday morning and extremely busy. Despite the congestion, it wasn't long before Joe Mccullum was able to meet with me. In my opinion, Joe was not your stereotypical salesman. He was looking out for my welfare and not just trying to make a sale. He did everything in his power to get me the price I wanted, on the vehicle I wanted. My husband and I leased a Honda Accord yesterday. I usually dread care shopping but I was plesantly surprised by our experience. Our sale rep, Fred Orne was very informative and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the car and pointed out various aspects of it right away, like the gear shift and emergency brake, which were located at the top right of the steering wheel. I stopped in to look at a used Volvo XC90 that was on the lot. Fred came right out and answered all my questions, showed me the vehicle, and allowed me to take the vehicle home overnight to show my husband. lot. The next day, I returned the vehicle and began a thorough search in the area for other XC90's to compare it to. I have to say that hands-down, this vehicle was in the best condition of any other used vehicle I had seen and Honda had definitely taken time to detail it and care for it before putting it out on the lot. Fred was great to work with, he checked in with me regularly to see where I was in the decision making process but there was never any pressure. He was patient and courteous. I would absolutely recommend Prime Honda Saco and Fred Orne to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and I plan to do all my car business with them in the future. It was a great experience. More

The car I wanted came in with a ding and he went ahead and got me another one..not every dealer would have done that, some w me everything I wanted.
