Everyone at Prime Honda were extremely friendly and helpful with my first experience at this dealership. I did not feel pressured to buy. My only regret is that I did not take the time to compare 2010 helpful with my first experience at this dealership. I did not feel pressured to buy. We drove down from the Bangor area after researching Honda Odysseys on the internet. Brandon was very helpful and accommodating. He let us check out two Odysseys and even took us over the the Toyota l Honda Odysseys on the internet. Brandon was very helpful and accommodating. The rear window wiper had a broken piece and he fixed that with no problem, and had the car cleaned and vacuumed as well. The only bad thing about the experience was the amount of time it took to get all the financing paperwork processed, although I found Mike very pleasant to work with. When I first walked in the dealership I had already accepted an offer over the internet of invoice pricing for a base automatic fit and it was being held for me. That price was excellent. In addition I found out about Prime Honda's exclusive lifetime powertrain warranty which significantly sweetened the deal. What initially impressed me was how comfortable I felt being at Prime, and how everyone seemed approachable, friendly, and motivated to assist me. When I was introduced to David to assist me with the sale he talked me through the whole process and helped me to understand clearly how my civic hybrid was being appraised for a tradein so I felt comfortable that Prime was giving me fair value. He is a professional, clearly committed to delivering excellent service, and that he firmly believes in the product he is selling. He also clearly knows his product demonstrating the features of the fit very well. I told David that this was the best car sales experience I have ever had. Afterwards I met with Rick the business manager who carefully explained all of the financial paperwork we had to do. I was also treated with respect and professionalism by Rick. When I drove my fit away and said goodbye to the hybrid I felt very good by the entire sales experience. I strongly recommend Prime Honda as a first class dealership. More

We went looking to replace my 1999 Honda Civic with over 200,000 miles. We tried three different models and came up with a perfect match for what we were looking for. The price, color, and options of the car we decided on were better that what we were looking for, and the dealer had it in stock (no waiting). Highly recommended from start to finish. The financial paperwork person (Mike Gibel) exceeded our monthly payment goal, and enabled my wife to be a co-signer (a financial feat, after having problems with a wrongly filled out credit application. They definitely went the extra mile!! More

While car buying is usually a daunting and unpleasant experience, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Prime Honda!!! I worked with Brandon and have to say I put him through the ringe experience, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Prime Honda!!! I worked with Brandon and have to say I put him through the ringer ..... I didnt know what I wanted, and didnt even know if I wanted new or used. He showed me lots of vehicles, and even brought me around to other Prime lots to test drive vehicles. I went to other dealerships to check out prices and have to say I quickly came back to work with Brandon and Zac at Prime Honda. The customer service was fantastic - they listened, I didnt feel pressured and at the end I feel I walked out with a fantastic lease on a new CRV.
