After driving many makes and models of vehicles, I decided that I wanted to buy a Honda. Our sons both drive Hondas...one a CR-V and one an Accord. Joe McCullum came out seconds after we arrived and instantly we knew we were in good hands. He was interested in helping us and was so easy to know. We met Zach next, and found him equally friendly and committed to helping us. It was a real pleasure working with them both...it made the whole process...which can be tiring...a positive experience. And, the purchase moved along quickly over a nice cup of coffee and a cold drink of water. We felt truly welcomed and at home. Dave came and helped us to wrap up the paper work so that we could be on our way. Like Joe and Zach, he was very helpful, very friendly and it all went so smoothly. We loved his sense of humor! There's no worse feeling than feeling pressured from a sheisty car salesman but Nick was nothing like that. From the time he walked up to me to the time I signed the papers, he never pressured and/or rushed me but was patient, answered my questions, and made recommendations. Even when negotiations took place Nick was understanding and gave me my space. We were able to come to an agreement that both parties were happy with. These are all the reasons why I went with Nick and the Prime Honda team. They definitely weren't the first dealership I went to but they were certainly the last. More

When we sat down to work out the deal, we were given a good trade in for our SUV and we were very happy with the price we paid. My husband and I stopped at prime just to check out the inventory. I always hesitate going to dealers due to the fact most of them pressure you, in this case I felt in no way pressured or hurried to buy t inventory. I was given the chance to shop around with my husband. I then met Bobby Woods, a sales rep. He was professional, kind, courteous and didn't pressure us in anyway. I was able to discuss options, prices and trade in values with all my questions answered quickly with no ulterior motives. I was able to discuss the amount I was willing to pay and what I could get in my price range. Bobby listened to my concerns and was able to meet all my expectations with nothing but professionalism. I then found my new vehicle and once again all my questions were answered and I drove away with nothing but confidence in the vehicle I purchased and the sales rep Bobby Woods that helped me the entire way.
