Our overall experience was satisfactory. But when we came to our final cost we feel the they did not keep their word about a deduction they had offered. After we signed a price agreement I asked what the excise tax would be at the DMV. The manager figured it out and told us $840.00 and said he could "eat" it from the cost. So when we when in to pick up and pay from the vechicle we had deducted that from our total on our original paper. And when we got there--they had not and told us they did. The price of the vehicle matched our first paper we signed. They insisted they had deducted the $840.00. We were paying cash and were not prepared for it, but did it anyway, being disappointed that they wouldn't consider we might be right. More

I thought I knew what car I was going to get, and although it ended up being one that isn't really around, I felt discouraged. Elizabeth showed me the honda civic right after and it was perfect. I couldn't stop thinking about it and when i went to try another car at a different dealer, it just didn't compare.
