2nd bad service experience. Took car in for oil change. they did not perform the service required. They smashed the fron end of my car and i have been without my car for a week. There is only one word to describe my experience so far with Prime Honda – “AWESOME” and when I say Prime Honda – I really mean Derek Berdan. From day 1 – Derek has been a really helpful person. He patiently explained all the details about the car and also helped me make a wise selection out of the many options that he showed. I can for sure say that I had a fair deal!! The way he handled the entire transaction is worth mentioning. However what is more important to note is his customer relationship even after the deal has been complete for over 5/6 months now. Whenever I have any observations about the car – like why is the TPMS on, is there a leak, keys not working etc – the first thing I do is SMS Derek because I know that whatever it maybe, Derek will always have an answer for me – and he does…always! He is not only quick to respond, but always accurate with his diagnosis of the problem…and mostly importantly – never irritated.
