I went to Prime Honda in Saco to have my 2006 CR-V serviced (I thought the transmission might be on its way out), and because the cost of replacing the transmission far exceeded what I was willing to serviced (I thought the transmission might be on its way out), and because the cost of replacing the transmission far exceeded what I was willing to pay, I decided to take a look at another Honda and get an idea of what I could buy. Allen came over to the service area and said he could help me out. I wasn't really prepared to buy another car, most certainly not a new one, and if I had been, I would have done a lot of research to figure out which one was the best. So Allen sat down with me and asked me a few questions, like what I was driving now, what I was looking for, etc. I told him I really loved my CR-V, and although I'd be willing to buy a newer model, I really didn't want to buy new at this point. He then told me about a 2006 CR-V they had in stock, with low miles that was in great condition, and had a few extra options that mine didn't have. I took it out for a test drive, and I debated whether to buy it or not. Allen was very professional and did not pressure me into buying a new vehicle. He listened to what my current financial situation is and gave me the best deal I could possibly want. I have a warranty on the car, which, on my vehicle had expired long ago. I still can't believe I went to have my car serviced early in the afternoon and drove home in a 'new' car later that same afternoon, very satisfied. If you're in the market for a new (or used) car, I would recommend going to Prime Honda in Saco, and I would highly recommend requesting Allen Berube as your salesperson. Thanks Allen! More

We told him we had talked to Zach. Zach came to talk to us and assigned Nathan V. to help us. We are very satisfied with the whole purchase experience. Nathan being a new employee really impressed my wife and I with his knowledge of the vehicle as well as his knowledge of the whole purchasing experience. Nate came with us for a test drive of the Ridgeline we had chosen. He was very helpful with answering all of our questions to our satisfaction. This young man really wants to excel as a sales representative and is full of vim and vigor. His enthusiasm is radiating. Nathan is a good representative of this dealership.
