Went to this dealership on a Thursday and agreed to buy a 2024 F150 lariat and to put $30,000 cash down and finance the rest. The truck had to be transported from another dealership. Hard credit pull for my financing application and everything was great. I emailed the salesperson, Shaunte, the next day (Friday) to ask for the window sticker for the truck I agreed to buy so that I could show my husband the options. She emailed back but did not send the form. I again emailed and texted her and she texted back but did not send the form. I sent an email to the branch manager, David Blanchard, and he emailed back but did not send the form. My telephone number is on my email signature line and of course used for texting. Went in on Saturday to see when the truck could be picked up. I. Shaunte barely spoke to me and told me truck was not available. I asked why I wasn’t told this and she said she called and left messages. She was calling wrong number and did not follow up even though she had my phone number on the application, text and email. This was the worst experience i have ever had at a dealership! I had down payment ready and title to my car with me. She was never even going to tell me the truck wasn’t coming. I spoke to the manager on duty, Tracy West, on Saturday who did a search for comparable trucks. He gave me 4 printouts for trucks that could be available other dealerships and promised to make things right. He swore he would follow up on the following Monday. Monday came and went, no follow up. . . ever from anyone. Apparently, this dealership does not want to make a sale on a brand new 2024 lariat with chrome package. Worst customer service ever! More
