Before 10K trip I took our F150 for an oil change and tire rotation including a safety check. The oil was changed and tires rotated. The tech was able to get the work completed by the end of the day so we could leave on our trip on time. More

On the way into Maine, I had already called maybe eight different dealer service departments in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts before reaching Jesse Beaulieu at Prime Ford in Saco. Rather than tell me how busy the service department was as the previous eight people had, he patiently listened to my description of the problem and then asked for the vehicle’s VIN so he could check on any recalls or notes on known issues with that specific model. He found a recall on one of the parts he suspected could be to blame and, despite also being rather busy, went ahead set an appointment for the following day to drop off the van for them to have a look. Through the entire process, Jesse went above and beyond to keep me updated, made sure that everything was explained thoroughly, and performed at a level that I’ve never experienced at another dealer service department.
