We were also able to personally go into the shop and look underneath the vehicle to check the frames condition. On the way into Maine, I had already called maybe eight different dealer service departments in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts before reaching Jesse Beaulieu at Prime Ford in Saco. Rather than tell me how busy the service department was as the previous eight people had, he patiently listened to my description of the problem and then asked for the vehicle’s VIN so he could check on any recalls or notes on known issues with that specific model. He found a recall on one of the parts he suspected could be to blame and, despite also being rather busy, went ahead set an appointment for the following day to drop off the van for them to have a look. Through the entire process, Jesse went above and beyond to keep me updated, made sure that everything was explained thoroughly, and performed at a level that I’ve never experienced at another dealer service department. More

Deceiving Service Booking I booked my service online and chose the “no charge to you” check engine light review. When I got to the dealership they told me that wasn’t an optio I booked my service online and chose the “no charge to you” check engine light review. When I got to the dealership they told me that wasn’t an option and said it would be 140 dollars to just let me know why the light was on: I stated what I had seen online and they told me that was not an option. Not happy with the service, my car has more problems than when I brought it in to the dealership. Not good ethics at this place. More

Anger but the guys were nice Cody and Thomas were very apologetic and super nice. Fact of the matter is I'm very angry that my car (brand new) had already been in twice for servic Cody and Thomas were very apologetic and super nice. Fact of the matter is I'm very angry that my car (brand new) had already been in twice for service. Once at 200 miles, where the mechanic decided the problem with my car was it left the factory with the AC not charged, which obviously wasn't the issue because cold air was coming out of one vent. So at 500 miles the inside of my windows were coated in white from what I was told, the unit now was over compressed. So to say the least, this store needs a mechanic that knows what their doing. I'm not happy at all but the guys were very sympathetic. It's not their fault I got a problem car from the get go. Was always told Honda's were the best, that's why I went with it. Can't say I would recommend this model to anyone. My biggest fear is now that it's been over pressurized the fittings were stressed and I'm going to have problems again. In no way shape or form should a brand new car be on a lift twice in the 500 miles I've driven. We get happy that Cody, who wasn't even the one waiting on me stick around until 6 and explained the problem. He was a sweetie and so was Tom More
