If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would.. I am 55 and have bought about 25 vehicles over the course of my adult life. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle without an argument over paymen 55 and have bought about 25 vehicles over the course of my adult life. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle without an argument over payment, price, warranty... literally no hassle at all.. Within the first week I was back at the dealership with a small issue and was met with nothing but respect and accommodation.. I will absolutely go back there to purchase a vehicle. Sales! Service! Finance! every person I talked to was 100% on their game.. Thank you to the team at Prime Ford for making this unexpected purchase so much better for me.. I appreciate every one of you!! More

I could not be more dissatisfied with the ethics/morals of a company. I was interested in a vehicle and made an appointment to take a day off from work and drive 2 hours both ways to see a truck. I told them what I had for a trade and what I would take for it. I specifically mentioned that I got a lowball trade offer from another dealer and what it was. I was told 'come down, it is the end of the month and I am sure we can make it work'. I should note the difference in the lowball offer and what I wanted was $1500. That's it. I get to the dealership, take the vehicle for a test drive, told them let's talk numbers and....they make me sit for 20 minutes while they secretly talk in plain view only to come back and offer me $500 under what I told them the lowball offer was. I need to make it clear that I told them I wanted 10k minimum (they told me I could get 13k if I sold it outright) in order for me to waste my vacation time, 4 hours traveling and gas. They lied to get me to travel all that way and then held tight. They also would not budge $1 off the price of the truck. These people are dirty. More
