This department has gone terribly downhill. The manager is rude does not want to take responsibility for shoddy work. I reported that work that was done was done incorrectly and was told that it would take is rude does not want to take responsibility for shoddy work. I reported that work that was done was done incorrectly and was told that it would take them 3 weeks before they would be able to repair the bad work. This is air conditioning in the summer It was already paid for so they don't care the inconvenience that it causes. This used to be a good department but don't waste your money go someplace else where they have Respect for customers and care about customer service service! I would give a 0 star rating if possible. The manager always blames errors in pricing on worker being new, appointments issues with inexperienced workers, would not swap appointments when one made by a new employee wasn't correct and threatened charging 35$ a day if the dropped of car wasn't picked up! . Beware of turning in your end lease at this dealership if you are not purchasing/leasing another from them! Not a part of Ford Credits requirements, this dealership requires you to pay any outstanding balanc you are not purchasing/leasing another from them! Not a part of Ford Credits requirements, this dealership requires you to pay any outstanding balance and a disposition fee to THE DEALERSHIP, when in fact Ford Credit will tell you that is not necessary as you will receive a final bill to be paid to Ford Credit, your financing company directly. We will never purchase another vehicle here. Had absolutely no problem turning it in at another Ford Dealership. More
