We put an order for a hybrid maverick in with Joe from Ira Ford and they helped us every step of the way. We have had our truck for a few months now and absolutely love it. The dealership made everything easy smooth and fun! We just had a bed liner ordered shipped and installed by the dealership and are so pleased. I arrived at my scheduled oil change time, which was confirmed by text and email from the dealership. The service rep greeted me by asking why the appointment was scheduled so late in the day (4:45) and confirmed by text and email from the dealership. The service rep greeted me by asking why the appointment was scheduled so late in the day (4:45) and said they were closing in 30 minutes. This should have been an internal conversation to his scheduling co-worker, not put on the customer. The waiting area had a loud hockey arena organ style jingle playing on repeat over and over again - not sure why a noisy dormant air hockey table is necessary in a car dealership. I moved to another seat to get away from the arcade noise and a second service rep walked through the space and said to a female co-worker, “I need to finish paperwork so I can get the f*** out of here,” completely disregarding customers in the space. Overall, this is an extremely unprofessional environment - and if they act this way in front of customers, I have concerns on what corners they may be cutting in the service area. More
