So, my previous experiences with Ira Ford Service Department had been negative. I have to say that the service has been excellent the last couple of visits. The staff are polite , very knowledgeable and professional. I’m kept updated the entire time my car in the service bay. I’m told exactly what needs to be done and why. The estimate is exactly what I pay. Excellent work Ira Ford!! Keep up the good work!! Thank you! More

I tried three times to get a recall repair done on the windshield of my Transit Connect. The first two times I was promised a call back to schedule when their glass specialist was on site. The third time I scheduled an appointment and was sent home because they didn’t have a backup windshield on hand in case they broke mine trying to reseal it. A month later and after I reached out to them multiple times for updates I was informed the windshield arrived broken and they would not order another one. My advice, go elsewhere. More
