I purchased my Certified Pre-owned Ford Explorer on June 9th and finally received it back on August 22nd. After I purchased it, it was delivered to me dirty, never detailed and the interior and exterior tre 9th and finally received it back on August 22nd. The heat on the passenger side also did not work, only air-conditioned air flowed I pointed this flaw out during my test drive. During the 73 days, I did have it for a few weeks in between, I had to call and email to get information, and I reminded each person about the heat on the passenger side. The second time it was delivered, the heat still didn't work. I was told by the General Manager that it was 95 degrees and I didn't need heat. He then promised that he would get the car in the next two weeks and that he would personally take care of it. He must have forgotten that he was going on vacation that following Monday for two weeks. Luckily, the next person I spoke with was the Used Car Manager Phil. He had a plan in 15 minutes and also sent me the documentation that I had been asking others for that didn't follow through. This is the short version of the disrespect that I received at this dealership. The communication is horrible. More
when I booked an appointment with them that the motor and transmission was gone they fixed it. They did an excellent job but now a week or two later my car is down again because of the radiator. my servi and transmission was gone they fixed it. They did an excellent job but now a week or two later my car is down again because of the radiator. my service advisors Herb he’s really excellent but the only negative thing I have is I have a warranty and they promised they would be calling my warranty after I had an appointment with them on Thursday to make sure there is a claim started. That way I can drop it off while I’m going to work to have it fixed because this is my own reliable vehicle to get me to work to pay for food and etc. even get my kids around, and now I have to wait to figure out what is going on and it wait game and it’s kind of frustrating that I was promise they be call my warrantee to see if the radiators covered but the only issue I’ve called the warranty and they said it’s covered but I missing work and everything else now I can’t drive my vehicle when I just got it back after two weeks of having it fixed More
