Great service, extremely fast. I can almost always call and have work done the following day. Their valet service is amazing, where my wife works from home with small children. The I can almost always call and have work done the following day. Their valet service is amazing, where my wife works from home with small children. They come pick up my vehicle, complete the service and it's back in my driveway before I get home. Reasonable prices, and I don't ever feel like they're being pushy about work that needs to be done, only making recommendations. 10/10 would recommend. More

I purchased a 2024 F-150 XLT 3. 5L EcoBoost from IRA Ford Saco on 9/14/2024. On 11/1/2024 I was driving to New Hampshire and lost all acceleration power in the truck and the check engine light came on, followed by black smoke bellowing out of the exhaust. I had the vehicle towed to Claremont Ford in New Hampshire, which was the closest Ford Dealership to where I was (approximately 3.5hrs from my house). Claremont Ford confirmed that the turbo blew in my 5 week old truck and it would need to be replaced, due to a Technical Service Bulletin. This truck has less than 3,000 miles on it. I notified IRA Ford on 11/1/2024 of the situation, they did not offer any solutions or help regarding getting me and my friends back to Maine from New Hampshire. I called IRA Ford again on 11/4/2024 and I spoke with Tracy West. Tracy stated that he was baffled to hear about the situation with my brand new truck. I explained that I need a loaner vehicle and he stated that he didn't have any loaners. I explained that I have a 2.5 year old at home that I need to transport to/from daycare, as well as getting myself to and from work. He empathized with the situation but stated he didn't have a loaner, but would talk to Manager David Blanchard and call me back on 11/5. Today is 11/12/2024 and I still have not heard back from IRA Ford in Saco regarding a loaner vehicle. Not having a vehicle for the last 11 days has created substantial stress and hardship trying to get to and from work as well as care for my son. IRA Ford has made no attempt to try to take care of me as a customer. More
