This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I purchased a new Mustang Convertible, they customized it for me and also made some good suggestions that I had not considered. The wait at the factory was suppose to be three months, but I needed it sooner. Mr. Langway put the order in personally, made several phone calls, followed up and got the new car to me in 5 weeks! The responsiveness was great to my questions and the pricing could not be matched anywhere. The ease of the transactions with registation and insurance was phenominal as I did not have to do anything but show up and drive away. The car was perfect as promised. There were no problems, surprises or extra fees. I do not normally go out of my way to write reviews or do surveys, but these guys deserve the accolades because they turned a sometimes pain experience into an easy one. More

There were a few minor things that needed to be done to the truck and the assured me that they would be taken care and when i went to pick the truck up everything had indeed been taken care of. Overall i was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy i was shown. Went there looking at a sports truck that caught my eye, took it for a test drive and loved it. Back at the dealership we began negotiating on my sports car as a trade, I myself was low balled ($4k under K took it for a test drive and loved it. There was no counter offer on my vehicle, instead, I was asked to put alot more money for a down payment when I informed Elmer of my financial limits. When this was stated, he told me I was clearly not interested in the vehicle and also said I was not flexible on my price. Also told me I would not find another vehicle like this in a price range similar. I then informed him of a few of the same vehicles for $4k cheaper then what they were asking. He then gave me my keys, told me I was letting this vehicle go and then walked away rather upset. Overall, I was insulted, low balled and then ridiculed for not purchasing their vehicle. More
