Service people were wonderful. However, I find the integrity and transparency of the dealerships’s practices quite suspect. We were given an estimate for $600 for work to be performed. We approved the estimate only to find on the day of the pickup the actual price was three hundred dollars more than the estimate. There was no fine print, no asterisk, etc. that said the estimate was only for labor and did not include parts. This is a reflection on management and their practices and in no way is a reflection on the service department. The service people could not have been more understanding The management of the dealership lacks the integrity and transparency that they so proudly espouse to on display on a plaque in the service department. Shame on you IRA for your treatment of your customers and for putting your employees in the embarrassing position of having to apologize for your lack of integrity. More

I brought my car in for repair and it sat in the lot for one week before they would look at it. I didn’t even have a loaner. So I had no car for that period. My routine maintenance was misquoted from the get go. Combustible Engines have been around a long time. And then my appointment was set up wrong and didn’t even match what I was quoted for services. Do you really want surprises like this? I sure don’t There is a striking difference between the level of service from when it was Prime to the now IRA. I struggle with their communications and knowledge of their own products. More
The dealership doesn't offer the same customer service experience that Prime or Delaney Buick offered. Alexanderia was great. This is first time I've worked with her. One of the other service writers is very argumentative. I've taken care of my vehicles since I was 19. I'm 79 now. The service writer wouldn't stop talking at me. I finally told him he needed to shut up and listen to me. That service writer was supposed to order a tire for me and have it at the shop yesterday. Order should have been placed by service writer 2 weeks ago. When i arrived yesterday for my appointment I was told he never ordered tire. That meant i had to come back again today. I spoke with dealership General manager about the service writer and his attitude and way i was treated. I'll never work with him again. If Alex isn't on, I'll work with the service manager. More
