My husband wouldn’t care if I came home in a golf cart as long as I was happy and it fit the budget. This did not happen at any point in my experience at Prime. I was lucky enough to have Kyle as a salesperson who clearly loves cars (as do I) and knew the Verano in and out. He was well versed in the car and could answer all of my questions, and I am tough. I tested him with specific questions about the engine to the trunk and he passed with flying colors. We also discussed the other cars that I had shopped elsewhere and we compared features, which was helpful in my decision process. Kyle had my new car in the showroom ready for me when I arrived to picker her up. He was also amazing at going over all the features and making sure I understood how they worked. He helped me get my phone in synch with the computer and had me ready to go in no time but I didn’t feel rushed. The dealership itself is beautiful and every single person I encountered was friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Tony Torpes, my finance guy. He was excellent with explaining everything in that area as well as answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the deal. I definitely recommend checking out this dealership! I look forward to a long relationship with Prime Buick. More

I originally had my 2008 GMC Sierra in for routine service and was contacted by Kyle Alexander about any interest in trading in my current vehicle for something newer, less miles and if the deal was r service and was contacted by Kyle Alexander about any interest in trading in my current vehicle for something newer, less miles and if the deal was right would I be interested. Of course I was, and due to limited used truck availability for what I was looking for, we started looking at new vehicle options. In the mean time, Neal Simmons also helped me on a call when Kyle was unavailable, and he was clear that he was there as a team player to help me. Kyle put together a comprehensive package of options for purchase and/or lease. The purchase offer was more attractive as Kyle did a great jog in identifying the best GM offers and some additional flexibility on the trade in to make the deal work for everyone. With a bit of a down payment, I went from 2008 with 84K miles to a 2014 with 172 and a very manageable payment. The vehicle has every bell and whistle and Kyle made the deal happen. He took the time to sit down with me for over an hour to find out what I really wanted and what was important to me for any potential purchase. I would defintiely recommend Prime and Kyle More
I really enjoyed working with Mike. He was "real" from the start. I appreciated that he took me away from the dealership to check out the cars, that he took the time to test drive multiple ve "real" from the start. Mike was new at the dealership and his style seemed a little more honest than refined. It was easy to talk with him - and also to get down to business crunching numbers. I feel like he understood what I was looking for and helped guide me in the right direction. If I was working with someone else a little too salesman-ish - I know I would have left quickly! I am very happy with my decision - and have not purchased a used car before. Mike made sure I left with nice mats, an extra fob (electronic key) and all in quick turn around time to "catch the boat". He also arranged for the window scratch to be fixed at another time. Overall, my experience was great with Mike. I even had a fever the night we were haggling over price and trade in with the managers and survived it! Mike took the extra time needed to develop a relationship that seemed much nicer than what I would expect from a car salesman (no offense!) And because of that, I felt I could trust him, which ultimately led to my purchase. More
My wife and I met Mike Bergeron at Prime Buick. Mike was friendly, down-to-earth, and listened to our needs. He showed us a Goodwrench certified 2011 Enclave and we were sold on the spot. This was a great replacement for our 2005 Rendezvous; it had more power, a better ride, and a beautiful cranberry red color. Mike took us through all the features of the car including making a phone call with bluetooth. Mike introduced us to the finance staff and followed up to make sure we got the start up services we needed. He kept in touch by phone to answer any questions and told us we could call anytime. Mike is an excellent salesman who knows how to make people feel comfortable. He had good working relationships with all of the staff who helped us in buying and servicing our car.
