I made my appointment on line, I got in on time, and they had me out in about an hour. I received regular maintenance (LOF), tire rotation and inflation, a fix for the tire monitoring system and a multi-point inspection. They also washed and vacuumed my truck! The price was great. My prior dealership would have kept me waiting 2 or 3 hours for the same service. So far, so good! More

Finally agreed to price over email only to get in there and be told the same truck that we discussed was going to cost me $4,500 more. It wasn’t a case of the truck being sold, it was the same stock number. I showed the sales manager the email that stated the price I was told by their salesman and I was told it was a miscommunication on their part. An honorable dealership would still honor the price, NOT PRIME. I wouldn’t even waste your time inquiring on a price because they will say whatever you want to hear and then not give it to you. More

I was somewhat put off early in the process because they made it a point to talk-down the vehicle I was trading, indicating all the flaws they saw that would hurt the value... but I figured that was business They made an offer on it I thought was low. They insisted it was an "aggressive" offer as they presented their numbers on a deal. It was late and there was clearly a gap in what we were looking for so we put it off for another day. In the two days that followed they called and texted me repeatedly, saying they could maybe meet me halfway on the gap I saw in our numbers. Finally, after 48 hours, they sent a more threatening text that the clock was ticking on the trade offer they made and my vehicle was losing value every day I continued to drive it. I did not like that at all and moved on. I am glad I did. The next dealership I visited offered me $5,500 more on my trade and I got the deal I was looking for on a larger, nicer vehicle in the 2018 model year. It was such a more cooperative, understanding, and fair process than what I found at Prime GMC. More

All I could think was that I was a victim of a "Glen Gary, Glen Ross" type of conspiracy. It was terrible and frightening. But I was sure I wanted a Terrain, so I looked arounf and found Dealer Rater that gave Prime GMC a lot of excellent reviews. I was happy to find that Prime GMC is affiliated with Prime Inifiniti. I had bought a used car from Prime Inifiniti and it was surprisingly good, so I went to Prime GMC with intentions of leasing a Terrain. At the dealership I was able to walk around without getting harassed by any hovering buzzards. I was even in the showroom for ten minutes just getting comfortable in the backseat of a Terrain, when Mark Beecher introduced himself with casual conversation. He was not practicing the ABCs according to Alec Baldwin. Oh no, Mark Beecher's only concern was my happiness. He, and Prime, finally figured out that happy people will buy cars without having to go through turmoil and fear. He never even said that we better act fast because these deals won't last. I couldn't stay long and when I left Mark never asked for my phone number. Another salesman at another dealership figured out my phone number from my driver's license, which he used to relentlessly bombard me with inflated ( and maybe fictional) incentives to buy from him. Mark is nothing but an honorable gentleman dedicated to making friends and building trust. He made sure that I got the exact car I needed and wanted at a fair price. A price that I'm sure could be beat, but I'm happy with my deal. He sent me over to see Ravi McDonnell to help with the finance, who is also a gem of a guy. We are a two-car family. We plan to lease another car in 18 months, and I'll trade this one in 18 months after that. We expect to get the next car, and the ones after that, form Mark Beecher at Prime GMC, with Ravi McDonnell handling to numbers. More

The person I spoke with explained that the parts needed to be ordered specifically for my individual vehicle, so the appointment would need to scheduled a few weeks out to ensure time for the parts to arrive. She took down my VIN and we scheduled the appointment. I arrived for my appointment this morning and was told they didn't have parts for my individual vehicle, but they would check to see whether any parts they had ordered for other customer's vehicles would work for mine. I waited upwards of 45 minutes while they looked into whether the parts they already had would work and was ultimately told they wouldn't. Parts for my car would need to be ordered. I asked why the parts weren't ordered when I originally called for the appointment. The man who was dealing with me tried to make it seem like it was standard procedure to have the customer bring the car into the dealership first, so that the mechanics could ensure the rest of the car was in good working condition prior to ordering parts to address the recall. He said GMC wasn't going to put the money in to address the recall if other things were wrong with that car. Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous in your life? I asked why no one told me that when I first called to schedule the appointment. I asked why, if that was the case, was I not asked to bring my car in weeks ago to be checked so that my car could be fixed today as promised. I asked why, in fact, I was specifically told that they would be ordering parts in order to fix my car when I brought it in for the appointment. He didn't have answers for me, but he did stick to his guns that they had done absolutely nothing wrong. I'm a pretty understanding and laid back person. If he had simply taken ownership and acknowledged that they goofed, it would have been fine. It's because he tried to b/s me with his asinine story about making sure the rest of my car worked before they ordered the parts that I'm livid. I'm pretty understanding and laid back, but I'm also not an idiot. And for the record, in case you're reading this, Prime Buick GMC in Hanover, while I was on the phone with General Motors opening my complaint against you, I asked whether it's standard practice to have the customer bring their car in to make sure it works before ordering the parts and guess what? It's not. More
Amazing service... Walked into to Prime dealership after having a very bad experience at MGee Toyota. Met David Tibets.. asked him about a specific Silverado that i was looking for. He went above and beyond. He asked me about my wish list for the car & got more than i asked for almost $5000 off. The GM of Prime Buick/GMC was amazing. Didn't have to haggle for price or anything. The truck was delivered on time. over all an amazing experience. The sales man David Tibets even called me the next day to make sure i was completely satisfied with the truck and if i any questions. Will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone More
