Trust Being nearly 60 years old I have had the opportunity to have much car work done in many different shops and dealerships over the course of my car owne Being nearly 60 years old I have had the opportunity to have much car work done in many different shops and dealerships over the course of my car ownership. I drive nearly 40,000 miles a year and have seen the inside of many different garage repair shops. I have been in shops where I knew that they would always find about $300 worth of "required" repairs. It seemed like that was their magic revenue number. It was just like clockwork. I never had trust in their word. Then I became a Toyota owner about 5 years ago and am delighted in the quality of the vehicle and the level of service. Since I live in Eagan, I have been taking my Sienna to this dealership from day one. I have complete trust in the service staff and mechanics. Rarely is there a problem, but if so, then they take the time to show me what it is and why I might want to fix it. Trust is a rare thing to have nowadays, but I have complete trust in these folks. You can rely on their word! More

Very timely service I had to get a loaner car while a new radio was ordered due to issues with the check engine light coming on, but Scott and his crew made sure my 2011 I had to get a loaner car while a new radio was ordered due to issues with the check engine light coming on, but Scott and his crew made sure my 2011 Toyota Corolla was safe to drive with a new radio and front brakes. More than I'd expected I recently scheduled an oil change at Inver Grove Toyota because it was closer to my house than the dealership where I'd purchased my 2012 Scion a yea I recently scheduled an oil change at Inver Grove Toyota because it was closer to my house than the dealership where I'd purchased my 2012 Scion a year ago. The process of scheduling over the phone was very easy, but my experience during my visit was really amazing. From the minute Paige, the service technician walked up to greet me in my car, I felt more like I was coming back to a familiar service department than checking out a totally new one. The waiting area was very spacious and comfortable, and even though only plate glass separated it from the main entrance of the service department, the environment in the waiting area was virtually soundproof. Based on this experience, I will definitely be returning to Inver Grove Toyota for future service needs. I'm also likely to consider them the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. More

Let me tell you why: From right when I drive in they have plenty of people to get us started. They have always been able to get us out of the car and start on the work right away. When we sit in the waiting room its great. All kinds of snacks and work stations to sit at if you need it. On major work they take of us with a rental. Their have also been times they drive me to work while they work on our car. They inspect the vehicle and let us know if it an immediate problem that way we can budget for another time if needed. They have never just done work with out our permission. They always walk us to the cashier an d say goodbye to us. With that said I bring all my vehicles in to Inver Grove Toyota. More

Terrific! I leased my Toyota out of Pennsylvania, soni didn't know where to take it to get serviced. I am so happy to have taken it here!
