In this particular c I've had multiple interactions with Dee and she always does a great job about following up and making sure I'm taken care of. In this particular case, she worked with me to make sure I could pick my vehicle up after hours upon returning from a business trip. This is a huge deal for me, and keeps me loyal to Inver Grove Toyota. You're not going to get that at Tires Plus. ;-) Thanks again and keep up the good work.
