Recall Issue. Received recall notice and call the dealership for an appointment. Got the appointment date and time I requested. They said the repairs to the recall would take 2 to 21/2 hours. Finished in less than two hours. Had only time to finish one popcorn dish. Your survey is screwed up. You asked for more information and I find I am in the buying section instead of service section. Computer will not let me delete buying questions. Fix it or I refuse to answer future questions on service to my two vehicles. More

The dealership was having computer problems the day I had my appointment, it would have been nice to have been contacted before I arrived to see if I wanted to change the appointment but I belie the day I had my appointment, it would have been nice to have been contacted before I arrived to see if I wanted to change the appointment but I believe that couldn't have happened because my appointment and info was stuck in the computer. Anyway the scheduler took my info and the mechanics look at my car and were able to diagnose my problem and give me an estimate and recommendation for the work to be done. I was in the dealership for approximately 1 1/2 hours which seemed a little long but with the problems they were having, it all worked out More
