On this particular visit I was having boots replaced on the front axles and this was under warranty. So I appreciate Mike and technicians for finding this problem while the vehicle was still under warranty. Mike said it would take five hours and that is exactly how long it took. Oil Change I had a 6 month oil change done on my 2016 Corolla. The check-in process went quickly and seamlessly. I like the fact that the dealership has a Cafe with complimentary beverages, popcorn and cookies. I brought my Kindle, so the time passed quickly. Expecting a cost of approx. $300 ($160 just to replace 4 spark plugs), I was surprised to recieve honest and professional help from Mary Loken-Service advisor. She reviewed what my vehicle maintenance needs were and refigured some options which resulted in a total bill of $180. I still obtained what my vehicle needed while MAry was able to save me some money. I have dealt with Mary Loken before and she has always impressed me. IGH Toyota has an outstanding employee- Make sure you keep her! More
