Yesterday, when I called with a dead car batt I have always had excellent and prompt service. Jacob Bristlin was exceptional and gave me great advice. Yesterday, when I called with a dead car battery on a new car, the service center person listened to me and told me I could come in today and they would take care of the problem. I had to call again in the evening since I could not get AAA to jump start my car and I got great advice to call Toyota Roadside Assistance ( which I had forgotten I had) and the response was immediate.
