Very helpful. Fast service with friendly staff. I had a very positive experience at the Inver Grove Toyota dealership working with Scott Hoysler. I went in for an oil change, and was alerted that I I had a very positive experience at the Inver Grove Toyota dealership working with Scott Hoysler. I went in for an oil change, and was alerted that I had several hours worth of service that had to be performed on the vehicle. Immediately, I was offered a loaner vehicle so that I would not have to wait several hours (if the vehicle was even done by the time the dealership closed...) waiting for the vehicle. This was a very generous offer and I was able to get on with my day while my vehicle was serviced. My vehicle was ready the day of -- and I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly the staff was able to service my vehicle! Overall, a very good experience. More

Minor Maintenance I made an appointment for minor maintenance to fix my driver's license attachment and determine problem with my tire light. The work was accomplished very quickly, along with the final part of the wiper recall that was not part of the appointment, and there was no charge. They even provided a free car wash. More
