Service Dept Rocks! I have brought my Sienna in for regular service numerous times and even an emergency (tire) service and have been "Very" pleased each and every time. I work as a Field Service Engineer - my vehicle is my office on wheels -- they take very good care of my van and know time is very precious to me so they have me in and out ASAP. I also know from working in Service myself for over 25 yrs. that this is a Service Dept. that "Cares" about its customers.
