Best dealership-best service department. I visited the service shop on 2/9/2017 for an oil change and inspection and was greeted by Shane who was friendly and knowledgable. Following the insp I visited the service shop on 2/9/2017 for an oil change and inspection and was greeted by Shane who was friendly and knowledgable. Following the inspection, Denny G. recommended new tires and offered a lot of information about different tires--including sheets for me to review and study. An appointment for installation of 4 new tires was completed on 2/14, at which time Mike Ivey was the "point man" who made sure that all went well for the visit. My car was washed that day, as the car wash had been closed on the 9th because of low temperatures. I felt comfortable with all of the assistance and not made to feel rushed but felt as if I was a valued patron. We have bought 5 Toyota vehicles in the past 20 years(3 of which are being driven by our kids) and have never had a problem with the service at any time. More

Great service with little waiting I took my car in for two reasons. First, it was about due for the first service which is tire rotation. I also had the tire air pressure light go off, I took my car in for two reasons. First, it was about due for the first service which is tire rotation. I also had the tire air pressure light go off, found low pressure in one tire, then two days later had it come on again. IGH toyota did the first service, found a nail in a tire and patched the tire. I did a drop-in, but was still out in very little time. I was very surprised that there was no charge to repair the tire! More

5000 mile check up & had a scratch removed I called for an appointment in the morning she got me in at 3:50 pm..omgosh I was so happy.
