Offered service discount for oil change, and explained manufactures recommended service for my Toyota. Not too pushy. Nice waiting room. My vehicle was completed quick and efficiently. One draw back would be service pricing, relatively high. I desired a full synthetic coolant flush, but I cannot afford to pay $169. Overall good experience. Thanks, Bill C More
