Repair completed and on time I scheduled a recall repair on my 2011 Toyota Avalon and the repair was completed and ready in the time I was advised it would take. Scott presente I scheduled a recall repair on my 2011 Toyota Avalon and the repair was completed and ready in the time I was advised it would take. Scott presented an alignment review showing the front toe out of alignment and advised he could complete the alignment repair if I could stay a while longer. I opted to leave without the alignment as I had other commitments that afternoon. Based on Scott's professionalism I will be reviewing my schedule and try to schedule the alignment repair over the next couple weeks. More

130K service experience Service adviser took the time to determine that spark plugs had just been replaced last May and where not needed as part of this recommended service. Appreciate the evening hours - I can relax at home and have dinner after work while car gets serviced. More
