Monday Oil Change Made an online appt to have my oil changed. Was politely greeted by Mary Loken in service dept. Very friendly. I requested an oil change and car wa Made an online appt to have my oil changed. Was politely greeted by Mary Loken in service dept. Very friendly. I requested an oil change and car wash. She explained to me that you guys were down to one working car wash that you also share with another sister dealership. So there would be a longer wait, so I declined the car wash, but she kindly offered me a Rain Check on the car wash for another day. That was a nice touch- very simple, and I very much appreciated it. Waited nearly an hour in the lobby until Mary came to notify me that my oil change was done. Someone drove my car up, and I was Thanked both by Mary and the runner. =) Thanks for the Great Service Mary and Inver Grove Heights Toyota! More

Rear brakes and differential seal. Every thing went well at service but car broke down 4 days later in Eau Claire Wi..
