Every time I come the Scott Hoysler always has been the best service facilitator. I've been taking my 2009 Camry to Inver Grove since I've owned it. Every time I come there I am treated with respect and am provided information so I can make a good decision about the services needed or that are available. I brought my vehicle in for the excessive oil consumption issue with my particular make. Scott made certain I understood what the test was for, how it would be done and what I needed to do to bring in back in the required time frame, etc. The repair was needed and he assured me it would take care of the problem. When I was ready to leave, a rental car was ready, it took just minutes to get the paperwork done for that and he said he'd give me an update the next day. In my mind, I was prepared to have my car in for repair for days if not more...it was completed in less than 24 hours! I was so pleased. Scott was also very professional about how and why this repair was being done. He spoke highly of the dealership and the corporation with regard to the service they were willing to provide. Again, I have always been pleased and had faith in Toyota. Scott and Inver Grove have secured that belief. Thank you, so much for providing such good service! More
