In and out without costing me anything I got an appointment that was in the evening, but on the same day I called. That was unexpected. Taking a later appt. I knew it would possibly take longer (things get behind, I get that), but I was in no rush. I was really only in for a tire rotation and to check everything out. The service guy (Scott) was awesome. He did a little bit of other service for me but didn't charge me because it took so long to get my car completed. I didn't expect that, but it showed me that he respected me as a person and my time and I really appreciated that. I was also able to talk to Darin Wald about possibly buying an additional car in the near future. More

I was not greeted, I was not acknowledged or smiled at and I am not a "sir," I have been coming to Inver Grove Toyota for many, many years and I have not ever been treated like this before. I was contemplating leaving when Megan arrived with a big smile and a helpful attitude. She informed me that a coolant service was recommended, I told her I had left my coupon at home, she told me she would help me with that. I think if not for Megan, I would have left. I am still troubled by how I was addressed. **The friendliness rating below is NOT reflective of Megan, it is related to my initial encounter. More
