Oil change plus I brought in my car for an oil change. I was asked if I wanted the tires rotated and "the usual" but nothing more was said, to which I agreed. When I got the summary when paying the bill I noticed that air filters were changed. I trust they needed it, but actually no one asked me anything about air filters. I don't know the first thing about air filters so if I had been asked about them I would have confessed my ignorance and asked for more explanation! I trust they needed to be changed, but all I'm saying is it would have been nice to have more of a breakdown or explanation of possible service. I needed someone to check out a rattle, which did happen. But according to the summary, the rattle was fixed, but according to the service person it wasn't, and by experience, it most definitely wasn't fixed. I will contact the service and schedule another time. More
Completely satisfied as expected. Over the years the service at this dealership has been so wonderful that my expectations are high. They just don't let me down...ever! No one but your service staff has ever touched it mechanically and no other dealership or car repair shop ever will. It runs as smooth as silk and I attribute that to the excellent care it has received at this location. I will eventually have to purchase a new car and I wouldn't consider buying a car at any other dealership. The bad news is that if your service department continues to keep my little red tomato can on the road, that may not be for many more years. As expected, Dee bent over backwards to take care of me and I was lucky enough to run into Steve Edmonds while I was there. I understand he was promoted to manager. Smart move because words just won't describe how great it was to work with him. Dee is just as good but I don't have much history with her, yet. I should mention that even the cashiers were professional and personable. Actually we had a few laughs together. I always feel like I've received quality parts and service when I come in. My verbal contract with Steve, many years back, was it is my responsibility to pay the bill, whatever amount it is. It is your responsibility to guarantee this car never leaves me sitting along side the road, broken down. The one time the A/C belt seized the engine and the car would not start, it happened in my own garage. You continue to uphold our 'contract'. Keep up the good work. More
