Great work! The staff are VERY customer oriented. Mine was a standard oil and filter change and tire rotation. My tires are due so they provided me with wear in The staff are VERY customer oriented. Mine was a standard oil and filter change and tire rotation. My tires are due so they provided me with wear info and costs of replacement ( not ready to replace yet...). They did an over all inspection and let me choose which (if any) services I wanted during this visit - not pushy at all. The popcorn and cookies in the waiting area are a plus. More

Tacoma service I recently worked with Tya for regular maintenance on my Tacoma. While there I told her about a noise I'd heard in the drivetrain, and she made sure a I recently worked with Tya for regular maintenance on my Tacoma. While there I told her about a noise I'd heard in the drivetrain, and she made sure a technician drove the vehicle and listened. Tya determined that it would be necessary to bring the vehicle back in at a later date when a more senior technician could check it out; she set up a convenient appointment. Meanwhile the maintenance was performed while I waited. When I brought the vehicle back in a few days later, Mike hooked me up with Mark (technician) who rode along for a brief ride. After hearing the noise I had described to Tya and Mike, Mark determined it to be normal drivetrain noise. All 3 of these folks were pleasant, polite, helpful and responsive. Cudos to all! More
